This position is responsible for the daily warehouse business operations including warehousing, inventory, logistics, supervision of employees, etc.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures for warehouse including receiving, production, assembly, storing, shipping, and safety.
Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
Maintains working knowledge of industry best practices.
Organize, direct, and participate in the receiving & unloading of inbound shipments.
Organize, direct, and participate in the production, assembly, and repackaging of materials.
Organize, direct, and participate in the short and long-term storing of inventory.
Organize, direct, and participate in the pick, pack, and ship processes of customer and intercompany orders.
Creates or requests purchase orders for intercompany inventory moves.
Complete Purchase Order Requisitions for vendor purchasing.
Controls inventory levels by conducting yearly physical counts; reconciling with multiple inventory systems.
Liaison between multiple warehouses of varying product types within same location; ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Maintain ability to perform, evaluate, and train all job subordinate responsibilities within the warehouse.
Forecast purchases to ensure efficient inventory to maintain production efforts.
Continuously evaluates and implements ways to maximize production and efficiency of the warehouse.
General administrative:
data entry, report generation, filing, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English High comfort level using computers and the Internet Forklift certificate is required and we will train.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment; able to prioritize and complete tasks safely in warehouse.
Must be able to work both independently and in a group setting with minimal supervision.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel especially) and ability to quickly learn and retain information for using computer system.
Ability to learn and retain information on many products of inherently different nature.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
Possess basic mathematical skills:
addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Perform visual quality inspections on products.
Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties.

At least 3-5 years proven warehouse operations experience Previous use of inventory management software experience REQUIRED Job Type:
