Primary Duties:
Provide document administration for all phases of the construction process, including RFI's, Submittals, Pay Applications, and Closeout Documentation.
Provide administrative support to the project management team.
Provide subcontract administration including creating, distributing, and tracking subcontracts, subcontractor documentation, and change orders.
Assist with the solicitation of bids from subcontractors.
Light bookkeeping including payroll, payables, and receivables.
Bank account reconciliation Certified payroll reporting as needed.
Miscellaneous office duties as needed.
Maintain up to date information in the Project Management Software.
Qualifications, Skills, and
Experience:
Proficient in Excel and Word Knowledge of Quickbooks Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Attention to detail and problem solving skills Written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with project management systems a plus Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
