We hire all of the Enviromental Services and Food Nutrition Services positions at the hospital.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes - Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety - Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly - Set up and break down catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
Experience:
